Federico has been in the Communication business for more than 15 years and he worked for some of the big networks (McCann-Erickson, Young & Rubicam). He was lucky enough to win some cool awards (Cannes, Epica, D&AD, LIA, CLIO, Eurobest, Art Directors Club among others). After more than a decade in Italy, he moved to Russia and became Executive Creative Director at Young & Rubicam Moscow. The biggest achievement for him was to help the Moscow office to win its first Cannes Lion ever (2013), and to turn Young & Rubicam Moscow into the most awarded agency in Russia (N.1 agency in AKAR ranking 2015).
He is also a photographer (his work has been featured in 3 personal photographic exhibitions) and a Design and Art Direction Professor (Italy: taught at IED University and at Milan Catholic University for a Communication Master Degree Program).
He built a fruitful business relationship with an array of clients. While in Milan he focused on Algida, Coca-Cola, Mulino Bianco, Gazzetta dell Sport, Sammontana, Sauber, Sony Ericsson, Vodafone and L’Oreal. In Russia he works with NAR mobile, Land Rover, Colgate-Palmolive, Danone, Red Bull and Onlime. In the last 2 years he specialized in creating and supervising integrated campaigns for national and international clients.
