There are only 3 days left before the early deadline of Ad Black Sea 2016 international advertising festival, which will be held on 22-25 September 2016 in Batumi at Hilton Batumi Hotel, Georgia.
Special price for entries is valid till July 30, 2016. The festival is included to the Creativity&Craft ranking of Ukraine in season 2016/2017, Rating of agencies’ creativity of Russian of the 2016 and Rating of advertising agencies of Belarus of the 2016.
The organization committee is actively preparing for the implementation of the new festival. The four-day program of Ad Black Sea 2016 will very intensive ones. The program includes contest for the best creative ideas, exhibition of contest works, seminars and master classes from the best specialists of advertising and communications industry all over the world, networking events, tours, parties and etc.
It’s too early to collect the suitcases, but we recommend to submit the work, to fill up the accreditation and to buy flight tickets before the early deadline. Below the organizing committee publishes an useful information for participants of Ad Black Sea 2016.
The main festival location in Batum is Hilton Batumi Hotel. It is the place of participants registration, seminars and workshops from the leading speakers in Europe, the exhibition of the contest works of participants. The hotel Hilton Batumi is located close to the center of town and beach.
Opening and closing parties, Awards Ceremony and other events will be held in different places. The detailed program will be available closer to the dates of the festival.
How to get to Batumi
The closest airport is Batumi International Airport located in the south of Batumi, 2 km from the city.
To get to Batumi participants can also choose Tbilisi International Airport, David Agmashenebeli International Airport of Kutaisi or Trabzon International Airport (Turkey), from those locations they can use land transport to arrive in Batumi.
• From Tbilisi you can take the train to Batumi. Trains depart several times a day from the central station. The trip to Makhinjauri (Batumi) takes almost 5,5 hours.
• From Kutaisi there are buses/taxi drivers waiting outside of the airport and going to Batumi. It takes around 2h 30mins.
• From Trabzon as well there are buses/taxi going to Batumi. It takes around 3h 30mins.
Convenient flights from Ukraine to Batumi
At the moment there are opened a lot of new flights to Batumi.
From other cities of Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano – Frankivsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Odessa) flight is only possible via Kyiv – Kyiv – Tbilisi/Batumi.
Ukraine International Airlines
Flies from Kyiv to Batumi are canceled.
The airline operates Kyiv – Tbilisi – Kyiv on a regular basis daily direct flights. Price for return ticket is about 5500 UAH. From Tbilisi to Batumi, you can get the express train, which the journey takes 5,5 hours.
Direct flights Wizz Air Ukraine from Kyiv to Kutaisi are canceled, but you have the opportunity to fly from Kyiv to Georgia making transfer in Katowice or Budapest. You can go from Lviv to Katowice or Warsaw, and from there fly to Kutaisi. Return flight from Kyiv to Kutaisi will cost up to 4000 UAH. A direct flight from Warsaw or Katowice will cost up to 2000 UAH in both directions.
Also «Dniproavia» Airline flies Dnepropetrovsk — Batumi — Dnepropetrovsk on Wednesdays and Sunday.
